Angie Russo

Actress - Voice Actor & Motion Capture Performer for Children’s Characters and Creatures

Bio

Actress, voice-over artist, motion capture performer and stuntwoman, specializing in on-screen doubles for children and small-sized creatures.

Angie Russo stands out as a singular and versatile performer at the crossroads of film, video games and the stage.
Based in Montreal, Canada, she moves between on-camera and stage acting, French dubbing (VF and VFQ) as well as English voice-over, mainly for video games, and motion capture for major productions and renowned studios around the world.

Artist with an atypical physique — 4'9'' of talent, energy and precision — she is distinguished by her ability to embody small-sized characters, physically double children on screen, and bring to life creatures and complex physical roles. She can notably be seen in Star Wars Outlaws (Ubisoft/ Massive Entertainment/ Lucasfilm Games), where she lends her body and expressiveness to the saga’s universe in performance capture as the character ANK, a standout role she speaks of with immense pride.

Trained in acting, voice and movement, Angie explores every facet of performance: from theatre to camera work, from the microphone to the stage. She collaborates with studios such as Ubisoft, Disney, Apple TV, 20th Century Fox, Paramount, among others, and takes part in series, films and video games where she fuses technique, emotion and physical precision.

In parallel, she develops her creative universe under the banner Angiefactory, a space where voice, creation, imagination and production come together. There she shares her projects, her upcoming podcast and her artistic collaborations around the world.

Driven by a passion that began in childhood, Angie Russo continues to build a career marked by boldness, curiosity and heart — at the intersection of art, play and adventure.

What lies behind the artist;

 my vision and what drives me.

    My name is Angie Russo, and for as long as I can remember, life has been about telling stories—sometimes with my voice, sometimes with my body, but always with my whole being.
    Whether it’s a film set, a dubbing studio, or an immersive stage, every project is a new human adventure, an encounter, a metamorphosis.

    What I love most about this craft is transformation: the one hidden in performance, in movement, in voice.
    Bringing a character to life means exploring the nuances of humanity—its fragility, its strength, its humor, its mystery.
    It is also a way of building bridges between reality and imagination, between myself and the audience.

    Through Angiefactory, the aim is to bring together everything that is created—roles, voices, collaborations, and personal projects—within a single universe.
    A place where art, technique, and passion meet to bring stories to life, whether small or large, but always sincere.

    Welcome to this world.
